Damian McCarthy
Damian is the writer and director of the numerous multi award winning short films including He Dies At The End and How Olin Lost His Eye. His first no budget feature film, Caveat, was shot in West Cork, was distributed by MPI and picked up by horror streaming platform Shudder. Damian followed Caveat with the critically acclaimed Oddity which had a limited theatrical in Ireland and the US. The success of Oddity led to Damian's third feature film Hokum. Shot in the West Cork Studios in Skibbereen and Abu Dhabi, produced by Roy Lee and starring Adam Scott, the film was a commercial and critical success worldwide. Damian is currently working on his fourth feature film which he plans to shoot in West Cork.
